2025 Annual Holiday Tea

Join us as we present 3 seatings of our popular holiday tea. Noon, 2pm, and 4pm. A beautiful selection of teas, finger sandwiches and desserts will be served at festively decorated tables.

2025 Annual Christmas Open House

December 7, 2025 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm EST

Please join us as we welcome our neighbors, and help us celebrate the start of the holiday season. Hot mulled cider, eggnog and treats will be served in our traditionally decorated Dutch farmhouse. Santa will be stopping by perhaps with one of his reingoats for a holiday photo. A $5 donation would be greatly appreciated. We will once again be collecting canned goods to be donated to one of our local food pantries. The Brinckerhoff General Store will be open for your holiday shopping needs. Children’s crafts will be available in our one-room schoolhouse.

Annual Strawberry Festival 2025

We have been presenting this annual community event for over 50 years. Come and join your neighbors as we celebrate the return of summer. Live music, tours of our farmhouse and out buildings, demonstrations, animals, children’s games, food for purchase and our famous Strawberry Shortcake while supplies last.

Join us for living history demonstrations all weekend long. There will be tours of our beautiful grounds, farmhouse, ice house, school house, barn, blacksmith and equipment. Tactics and weapons demonstrations – muskets & cannon. Historic trades – camp cooking, period music & artifacts.

6th Annual Rombout Colonial Days Weekend

September 21, 2024 @ 10:00 am – September 22, 2024 @ 4:00 pm EDT

Step back in time to 1777 and visit with the men and women of the Rombout Precinct and learn what life was like for the soldiers and civilians who lived here during the Revolutionary War.

What was life was like in the Hudson Valley during the 1770’s? Come experience woodworking, blacksmithing, cooking and baking demonstrations, and visit the Brinckerhoff House historic site, one room school house, store, ice house and grounds.

$5 suggested donation per adult. 13 years and under free.
