SUMMARY:7th Annual East Fishkill Rombout Colonial Days Weekend
DESCRIPTION:This year we are proud to present our 7th annual East Fishkill Rombout Colonial Days Weekend on Saturday\, September 27th and Sunday\, September 28th. We are fortunate to have been the recipient of a grant from the Dutchess County government to present this event as a part of Dutchess County Rev 250\, which is a partnership between the Dutchess County Government\, the Dutchess County Historians office\, and our local town historical societies here in Dutchess County. This immersive event will encourage visitor participation\, with many hands-on activities being available. This year we will be joined by our history colleagues from Beacon\, Fishkill\, Lagrange\, the Town of Wappinger\, Mount Gullian and the Melzingah Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution\, who will be sharing information about their own organizations.

SUMMARY:2025 Annual Christmas Open House
DESCRIPTION:Please join us as we welcome our neighbors\, and help us celebrate the start of the holiday season. Hot mulled cider\, eggnog and treats will be served in our traditionally decorated Dutch farmhouse. Santa will be stopping by perhaps with one of his reingoats for a holiday photo. A $5 donation would be greatly appreciated. We will once again be collecting canned goods to be donated to one of our local food pantries. The Brinckerhoff General Store will be open for your holiday shopping needs. Children’s crafts will be available in our one-room schoolhouse.
